1. I didn't receive the Zoom link via email, do you know why?
It's possible that you did not enable email notifications for your account. Try following these instructions:
- Log into your Mindbody account from a web browser using this link. (This cannot be done via the Mindbody app.)
- Click the 'My Info' tab
- Click 'Profile'
- Click 'Edit' in the 'Personal' section
- Select 'Email' for Account Management and Reminders/Schedule Changes
- Click 'Save'
2. I'd like to receive text updates. How do I set that up?
- Log into your Mindbody account from a web browser using this link. (This cannot be done via the Mindbody app.)
- Click the 'My Info' tab
- Click 'Profile'
- Click 'Edit' in the 'Personal' section
- Confirm your mobile number is correct
- Select your Mobile Provider from the drop-down menu. (The feature will not work if you skip this step!)
- Click 'Save'
3. What other features of Mindbody should I take advantage of?
- Book a class using the Mindbody app from your smartphone! Simply download the app and make sure you are using the same email address that you used to register with The Dance Floor.
- Sign up for recurring reservations so you don't need to sign up week by week
- Store your payment info in your profile - one less thing for you to remember to do!
- Cancel from the app if your plans change (please follow the cancellation policy for Outdoor classes)
- Track your waitlist status for Outdoor classes
